The beautiful community of Alamitos Heights was very attractive to early residents because of it’sĀ higher elevations and ocean views. over the years this community has grown significantly from it’s great location to freeways, Belmont Shore, Downtown Long Beach & Seventh Street.
How to get yourself here?
If you find yourself between Park Avenue(to the west), Bellflower Boulevard(to the east), Pacific Coast Highway(to the north) and Colorado Street(to the south). Similar neighboring communities include Park Estates, Belmont Heights and Alamitos Beach.

What a joy this community has to offer with one of Long Beach’s most expensive parks…Recreation Park! Containing over 210 acres for park enthusiasts to enjoy and even with their four legged friends with a recently added dog park. Other amenities Recreation Park has to offer are baseball fields, bowling allies, fishing ponds, tennis courts, aerobics classes and playgrounds.
